Once there was an interesting man who was more like a boy,

They say he’d been to all points in the world searching for his joy,

For Joy was the first girl he ever knew so was told the story,

That he kissed once off the cost of PEI under an old dory.

And so he went with love unspent traveling on his way,

Looking for this missing Joy in hopes to know her another day.

I decided to pray to you today, and you answered back, it felt so nice to be able to write again,

And to hear your heart pounding in the rhythm of my words, let out the welled up pain,

Just Love. I prayed to you to ask them to forgive me, to stop pursuing, so end their game,

To come up with a greater and more bolder purpose, a noble place to take aim,

And so I wait for them to hear my prayers, but I know you have, all the same,

Just happy to write again, and you answered all prayers murmured that I did name,

By simply giving me the power to clear my own self,

A great power than can be measured by court or wealth.

To embark upon such things that for once you feel alive,

Past the tyranny of commissions, courts, and Government opportunists,

But to find in some way a noble pilgrimage based on love, a true drive,

Gone are poets who write or live, brow-beaten by journalists,

Confound to the words that they have lost appreciation for and meaning,

I come to understand the idea of terror and the war against it, cleaning

And with appreciation and love I embrace the terror,

As one would expect from any person looking in the mirror,

The time has come for a massive event of good intention,

An explosion of sorts, of love, poetry, change, honourable mention,

So far away from the stifling bureaucrats begging for extinction,

For my world has exploded into many pieces I must mention,

A world I didn’t even know was mine until the vast lack thereof love,

By her, by them, by many, waiting with the dagger above,

To drop the knife on he who had not guessed or known his fate,

Unaware of his impending massive explosion of love and a date,

That it all began, this day, the day we call the paradigm shift,

A clean slate for all those who act out of love and act swift,

For if you drop clean meat into the earth it becomes dirty,

Effort to clean something, to love, an action that is worthy.

So here I find myself asking you to love me not attack,

Forgive, embrace, care for me and I will love you back.

could you smile a little smile for me because I have been thinking about u….

and I will be thinking about u…

always have someone thinking about u

in every moment there is always someone thinking about u

and so I am thinking about u.

I have been gone too long, don’t shake me away, don’t bend so that we will break, find me somewhere between our dreams with the sun on my face, as I will still feel your warmth, but for now I rather be asleep and wake us up like there was no yesterday only tomorrow without the sorrow…. always tomorrow without the sorrow.

crack the oysters, the chocolate wrappers, port and gentleman jack,

sweet smells of carmel and your enchanting perfume,

no reason to look behind or ever look back,

for only us we need to attend and consume.

lavendar oils that chase the pains up and down the body,

with the melting hands and touch like a sweet melody

so that we could be too foggy for days to listen to what they are saying

so we can slow down and make no sense of the crooked praying,

and just make love all over the kitchen floor,

oh don’t you know I am coming back knocking on your door,

with a cloth to wipe away all your tears,

and take you away from all your fears,

like the twing of the right tune on a guitar,

the next strings played makes us who we are,

and I can’t lie that I have been keeping score,

and know that I am ready for more!

I dream of you, you know,

Us on a river, on a kayak, slow

Passing by somewhere we flow

Talking of little things as we go,

Like work, likes, dislikes, change,

As we paddle by the mountain range,

I awake to find us with paddles in hand,

And the mountains still part of the land

But apart we are with no common boat to command,

Where the thought of being together is too grand.

But when I enter sleep, I dream of you, you know,

And we make it happily in moments I borrow,

For I have to give them back when I awake,

There is no place for the past in the future we take.

Once dreamt lying in a rose-bed

Once dreamt lying in a rose-bed of an amazing collection of kinds,

Under a fully eclipsing moon, where for a moment I saw some futures,

Saw her brown curls and brown eyes, love sees and love finds,

Nor does it forget the acts of its charmed passionate creatures,

For a moment when darkness was at its coveted peak,

Between the worlds of the Opaque, hide and seek,

See the moments we will spend and spent,

Oracle spoken, message sent.

Well when I was a young boy I lived the city life

All was lights and dance and just living without wife

Drinking ‘til the morning sun and maybe straight ‘til noon

Not thinking anything might change anytime too soon.

One night I met such pretty girl, beautiful brown eyes,

My lips did move her soul with such wonderfully good lies,

In moment our hearts where tied  under harvest moon,

I found myself thinking that change is coming soon.

Captured in a cosmic catastrophic fate of love,

I find myself praying to some higher thought above,

I ask them to listen for I am lost in this world,

When my life is changing for affection of a girl

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Am I but an Icarus who flys too close and falls,

Could i be a Shakespeare admiring  faults and all,

I’m not Casanova cuz I thought that she’s the one,

And somewhere deep inside I still think I should’ve run,

It had the signs of destiny that lands at your feet

Death may knock three times but life is a heart beat

Now half my life is gone which started with some kiss

But I live by carpe diem thrown headlong into abyss

Oh it was so wonderful the moisture of her tongue,

Softer than bubble gum  and the flavour lasts so long,

Could never stop myself as eyes flickered in the light

I think it was worth  half life, and another half tonight,

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

The Mighty doesn’t know but when starting to get old,

We start to think of past life and the soul that we sold,

Spring, summer, fall, and winter is all we have for change,

All those old outrageous things start to be so strange

For if a song is playing, we may go have a dance

But it is more like mountain music not raver trance,

Once love was in a heart beat, now keeps us alive

Afraid of affection, a lost beat life does deprive

Just when things don’t change, I feel naked body truth,

Something deep inside me reminds me of my youth,

If it was only one beat, but eight, nine, and ten,

A climatic count down of a good bloody end

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here we go

Oh, I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know, here I go.

The End!

I suppose you know already what I am about to say,
At least someway you can feel my thoughts,
Especially the ones that will comfort you,
In my eyes and warmth and infra vibrations,
Feeling through your feet my voice speaking to you,
Like elephants communicating over 50 miles,
If you ever noticed thats why they’re full of smiles,
But no matter that its where I began this rant,
You know what I am going to say and can’t.
Not in words, not exactly, but in your presence,
Or in my thoughts, or sleep, it is an essence,
That travels through particles, matter or space,
That thought of love you broadcast on your face.
So I suppose, you know what I am going to say.
